Monday night run: 2/25

Hi guys, lets meet at Centennial Park for a 6-7 mile run.  We will start at 6:30 pm...park in the usual pool parking lot.

Saturday Practice 2/23

Meet at Forty Acre Woods at 7:30 am.  Although we will run the roads.  We'll head to Palos Park and do the Turkey Trot course.

Monday night run: 2/11

Lets meet at Centennial this week...run will start at 6:30 pm and we will run 6 miles.

Please wear reflective gear and let me know if you will be there :)

Saturday Practice -2/9

 Not knowing the trail conditions for Saturday let's meet on the roads instead. 7:30 Palos Park Meet just south of the Palos Station/Village Hall.


It's at 8999 West 123rd Street, Palos Park. It the start of the Turkey Trot course.

Wednesday Practice

 Nearly everyone will set a PR tonight. We'll be doing a 3000 meter time trial and then some other fun stuff.  Warm-up on the track or on the roads - be ready to start the workout at 7.

Meet at LW East High School Indoor Track

Monday night run: 2/4

Lets meet at 6:30 pm at the Bettenhausen center (171st and 80th ave) parking lot...we will do a 6 mile neighborhood run.
