Wednesday Practice

Park in the Sports Authority Parking lot on Route 30 and Wolf Road. Be ready to warm-up at 6:30. We'll do a warm-up then a tempo run and a few hills.

I'm running up to that store for my warm up I shld be there by 645. Will u guys meets back up there before the tempo run so I can leave with u guys?
